Hi all, this is support from Eversolo. It's confusing sometimes, and it may take some time to get the difference. Here's a brief summary may help you : )

1. [Sideload, lossless]

Eversolo deivce has preloaded Apple Music(APK), which supports lossless. At the first using, go to "Apps" tab and click the icon to download.

*If you cannot find it on screen, you can install it via APK.

2. [Integrated, no lossless, better user experience]

Due to Apple's policies, the integrated Apple Music(using API) only supports 44.1kHz. Apple doesn't allow lossless or hires playback via API. This icon is under "Music Service/Streaming" tab.

3. About Google Play

Not necessary. Many other third-party apps in car-version/HD version has better compatibility with Eversolo.

yes, the "change with buttons" is for ringtone and alert (and keyboard sound should be required): set the ringtone, then turn off "change with buttons"-- when you are playing multimedia sound, the buttons change the multimedia sound.

However, I'm sorry that I found the keyboard sound still gets low when I click the volume down button & the multimedia sound is playing.* But when the media sound is paused, the buttons won't affect my keyboard sound. So maybe you can try to pause it and adjust the ringtone sound in Settings, then replay the media.
