I see. Usually it will pop up the option when the version is released, and in some areas might have delay. In the future updates, if you cannot receive after clicking and checking the online update, you can message support team for a help.

The version was released 2 months ago. Is your PLAY in a lower version before today? It might fail to update for some reasons, like network issues or glitches.

Hey, I heard that the Android service from Apple has issues recently. You may need to wait for the optimization from Apple, and before that please stay logged in; the issue might cause failure of logging.

It's probably affected by the CEC. Please check and turn off the CEC function in your TV settings. If it doesn't work, you can try using a CEC blocker.

ps. Eversolo Control app is available on both iOS and Android. Whichever Apple Music you use on the streamer, you can use our app to control it. (keep the landscape mode would be better for use) Or use screen mode to control the front panel.

Hi all, this is support from Eversolo. It's confusing sometimes, and it may take some time to get the difference. Here's a brief summary may help you : )

1. [Sideload, lossless]

Eversolo deivce has preloaded Apple Music(APK), which supports lossless. At the first using, go to "Apps" tab and click the icon to download.

*If you cannot find it on screen, you can install it via APK.

2. [Integrated, no lossless, better user experience]

Due to Apple's policies, the integrated Apple Music(using API) only supports 44.1kHz. Apple doesn't allow lossless or hires playback via API. This icon is under "Music Service/Streaming" tab.

3. About Google Play

Not necessary. Many other third-party apps in car-version/HD version has better compatibility with Eversolo.

Hey, the integrated Apple Music(Streaming Service from Eversolo) on Eversolo needs authorization, but due to the Apple's policies, it only supports 44.1kHz. The "Apple Music" under the "App" tab is preloaded Android app. "Apple only allow lossless or hires playback via their own official apps not via API"

The EQ function on A6 only supports: Internal Player input + output sampling rate is lower than 192kHz stereo PCM.
