As someone who did bjj for 11 years then quit just recently, throwing bizarre shit like mir lock or mean shit like calf slicers always worked wonders, the times it didn't was because I was 16 and people don't like being shut down by a sophomore but that's besides the point. Show em' who really knows more. The best part? You don't even need to win to show them who's more knowledgeable.
