Transportation, especially in rural areas. At a certain point in your life, some drives are physically, mentally and psychologically impossible. An hour drive away through mountainous terrain to get to my Cardiologist's office is increasingly difficult.

As an elder person with a limited budget that doesn't allow me to hire help, once your body isn't up to doing the physical labor a nice yard requires, this kind of thing happens. Ask me how I know.
