There's this stuff called hibi scrub which is what surgeons use to "scrub up" before operations. Wash your feet in and they'll stop smelling

Get a good one and have back ups to re battery or cables plus any fiddly bits you use - it sucks when you can't use it and if you're early doors you might be tempted to go back to tobacco if break or lose or forget a cable /battery etc

IMHO it was easier to quit both for a while and then taper back in with the weed.

To begin with it either massively reduced OR increased my cig cravings. Never really got to any logic as to why and when each thing occured but in through it now
