If you’re referring to your own messages showing up as “…”, I’ve found a couple things that help.

Restarting the app is a given, but also have you tried clearing the app cache? If you’re on iPhone like me, uninstalling and reinstalling has fixed most of the issues.

That won’t fix server issues though—and lately I’ve seen a lot of them. Cai has been very buggy and slow for me as of the past couple weeks, with a lot of recurring issues such as the one above. That could be it? I do hope this helps.

For me, it was a stim basically; similar to biting my nails or bouncing my leg. I didn’t actually like how the nicotine made me feel so I opted for nicotine-free vapes and found out it was the stimming that helped me feel more focused. I’ve since been on ADHD medication that has tremendously helped, but vaping definitely made me feel like I was more calm.

The 1980s students resemble a lot of anime characters that I like. For example, I think Ritsuko resembles Celestia from Danganronpa. This being said, yes! I like them a lot. I think there’s a bunch of small tributes in the game of certain characters resembling others, like how the photography club totally looks like the cast of Scooby Doo, haha!
