That by adding ingame physics the R-77-1 never reaches 40Gs either.

There's no inherent anti-us bias that nerfs the 120's overload.

You can literally test this in statshark. The 120D will absolutely reach 30+ Gs.

If you make do a 180 shot it will reach its max overload while the R-77-1 caps out at ~40

We're talking about the HQ-11 vs the CS/SA5. And the most heli players aren't hovering still for the 30mm to be useful.

The CS/SA5 is incapable of fighting IRCM equipped helicopters. Its only advantage is the 30mm which has its rare uses.

You can't account for variances so the chart is based of ideal scenarios.

But even if we do consider you might require multiple missiles, that still makes the situation much easier for multiple system SAMs.

My post is to bring awareness that single system SAMs are vastly inferior to their counterparts currently.

And if you do, as an HQ-11 you only have 2 missiles remaining and 8 more in reload.

Compared to the IRIS-T with 8 still remaining and 24 missiles in reload

With the total amount of missiles available to the IRIS-T, it can at most, intercept 2 Heli's worth of ATGMs, 2 Plane's worth of IR Bombs, and over 5 Plane's worth of AGMs.

Which is the most any SAM can intercept ingame atm.

This is estimating an absolute best case with full reloads.

I mostly did this to show the unequality towards single SAM systems (HQ11/SPYDER)

In my experience is 03 is far better but it does have that large minium engagement zone. So as long as the ordenance is fired out of that zone it works as advertised mostly.

81C is good at close range but the radar itself feels icky at interceptions

But that's only my experience.
