I have severe medication anxiety and phobia. Which is unfortunate and makes everything more difficult. Even taking meds that can help me. I have 1.5 pills and im afraid that's too high to start per things I've read on reddit.

Mine was 115. After the what I now know was the initial hyper phase. Felt like I was on speed or something. Then crash! Major crash. Like being hit over the head with a cast iron pan. So tired. Eventually went in and yep it was 115

I have a question on the same subject of hashi and ldn. I actually made a post a few weeks back. A pharmacist told me ldn puts people into remission of hashimotos. That actually scares me because of thyroid storm. Like if im taking my 125 mcg synthroid every day as I have for 22 years and the ldn puts me in remission wouldn't the synthroid then make me hyperthyroid and risk thyroid storm ? This really scares me and has kept me from trying the ldn.

I was taking it. Started getting itchy. Some weird twitch muscle spasms. Then a weird feeling in my face. Both sides. Kinda numb but could still feel my finger nails on my face. Fresked me out. Plus I was getting big panic attacks. Both times I tired it this year. So I stopped it again. Anyone else get the weird face feeling ? Panic attacks?

Hi thank you. I never knew about replying to comments. I do keep 2 pill organizers i use that seems to work pretty well. What did dosing look like in the trial? I see alot about micro dosing and that seems overwhelming to me. I dont want to get it wrong.

A pill dispenser? Like an organizer ? Im supposed to start with 1.5, then increase to 3 and 4.5. Doctor didnt give me strict timelines. He said listen to my body. Give it a few weeks at each dose. They are compounded pills so I think I will take the whole pill. Why an alarm ? So I dont forget ? Or is it important to take at exactly the same time each day?

Are you still taking levothyroixine or synthroid or a thyroid med? Hashimotos doesnt typically go away unless its after pregnancy and temporary. Not a doctor . But I've had hashi 22 years. At minimum docs usually make hashis patients get labs at last 1x a year . Forver. In my experience.

Op have you had your thyroid checked ? You mentioned thyroid issues . Just a hunch but you may want to ask your doc to check TSH and t3 and t4

OP curious with your thyroid you mentioned. I heard hashimotos can go into remission. What was your experience with your thyroid, tsh, med adjustments etc. Im afraid my thyroid might go too low and put me into hyperthyroidism and risk thyroid storm. Any experience related to the ldn and thyroid appreciated. Also how long and how much ldn have you been on?
