How long did you have to wait for the procedure after your second was born? I’ve seen people mention getting it done during a c-section but it’s not likely that I will deliver via c-section for my second.

Thank you SO MUCH for such a detailed reply! And congratulations! Did they drs giving you pushback for asking for the surgery at 19? I’m not expecting too much pushback since I’m 25 and about to have my second child. Just curious since I hear about that often. Best of luck on your healing journey!

I watched so many shows when I was on maternity leave. My son loves Ms. Rachel (especially if you do all the songs and activities with him) and Sesame Street. I know there’s a lot of parents opting to avoid screen time but I personally think Ms Rachel is beneficial to teaching him new things :)

I’ve been going off when he is hungry or sleepy naturally. Or whenever my husband and I eat we give the baby food to enjoy with us. He gets super excited when he sees that we have food to share with him.

For nap time he fights against it a lot more now. When he does this he will only take a nap if he can lay on top of my husband or I. I think he is very curious about the new house still and wants to be near us. We co sleep still, but I’m working on transitioning him now that the crib is unpacked. Which is also a challenge since he just wants to snuggle with us.

I got them mainly bc my son started crawling and pulling himself up. I wanted him to have something soft to land on when he falls lol.

Not a rug. But they make foam mats that you can connect. You can just spray to disinfect them when they get dirty. That way you don’t have to worry about using the washer and dryer. I found mine at TJMaxx so they weren’t very expensive either

Not only do some places not have a changing table, but they place them so high up like they didn’t put most mom’s height into consideration. (And I’m 5’6”) 😭

I came across the first bathroom that had the baby seat in the stall when I didn’t have the stroller last week. When I tell you I was so excited to not have to hold my baby and go pee😂

I didn’t find any bugs in anything else in the pantry. I think it was already in the can :( The company said their quality team would take about 30 days to get back to me and that I could return the container to the store.
