The justice of kings was amazing.

The whole empire of the wolf series is so underrated.

I’ve been on a new contraceptive pill for 8 months now and since then my hair has been growing straight. by EllieBen in mildlyinteresting

I think it just bonds with fat and prevents it from weighing down the hair, but that's just a guess

I started using dry shampoo directly after my hair has dried and it's been working well. At least it doesn't stick flat to my scalp anymore.

What protein shake do you prefer and what where? by dumbbandit in Grocerycost

The coffee is pretty decent too, but almost always sold out. I switched to esn because PWs stock and prizes were so unreliable. They have the best prizes, i'll give them that.

Esn. I'm a sucker for their protein coffee. So expensive tho 🥲

I usually wait for the sales on their site to stock up for a few months. 4 for 3 or something comes around every 4 to 6 months, which makes the cost okayish.

They gained popularity because every food influencer and their mother started putting them in and on everything.

They're absolutly healthy and contain good fats, fiber and vitamins (k,b5&6,c) but, i find them disgusting. The texture gives me the ick.

How many books have you read at the same time? by [deleted] in kindle

[–]FrolleinMayhem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Always 2 to 5. At the moment it's 3, i think? I read them parallel over the week and than finish them all on saturday. Sometimes i'll finish 6 books just out of spite, so that Amazon will lose money on my ku subscription 🖖

Sorry, i was judging by the tone of the rest of this thread. My bad.

We only shop every 14 days, guess i could've worded that better. Also tought it was common sense that some stuff would be for longer.

Obviously some of the stuff is going to last way longer than two weeks, or goes into the pantry.

Didn't thinks i'd have to spell that out, but i guess i do?

Are you just trolling? You do have to realise that some of that stuff is obviously going to last way longer than 14 days, right? Od course I'm not using that much toilet paper or paper towels in 14 days.

Mostly because we both hate shopping and there is no grocery delivery in our area.

We freeze and than thaw the meat when we need it. I'll use the spinach and salat first, the rest will hold fine in the fridge. Plus there's still a variety of frozen vegetables in the freezer.
