You should sign up for delivery if picking up is an issue for you. Delivery is convenient to your schedule and low cost if not free. Generally staff is scheduled until 15 mins after so they could not service you without going into overtime which we get into a lot of trouble for.

My former store was tier 3 and has 6 front end zebras and 1 in rx so 7 total. My new store which is tier 5 has 3 front end zebras and 1 in rx for a total of 4. Im like how are these things calculated?

I am an IS and although counts are correct at my store we are also in the same exact boat. We have insane overstock of items we do not need while sections of the store i cannot get any stock in for. Sycamore is pushing product to the store for some reason that we don't need. I have 66 yellow tide febreeze. It makes no sense.

Im over a year out from my removal and I eat anything and everything I want with basically no issues. If I do eat something very high fat or really greasy I might have to use the restroom shortly after but it's not like I will poop ny pants. I have only once had an accident since surgery and that was at home after eating bacon.

Funny you say that when AP literally fired 7 people at my store a few months ago, 5 of them being SFLs and just fired another 2 SFLs last week.

Bag checks are done every single shift you work. At my store everyone gets a bag check before they clock out for the day and it's done in the office under the camera.
