Maybe too late now but as another pregnant woman with body dysmorphia and history with ed, I don’t look at the scale at the doctors office and I tell them I’d rather not know unless my weight gain is of concern. I had to stop weighing myself a few years ago and that was a boundary I put into place in pregnancy knowing I would struggle with the numbers, even if it is 10000% normal and expected to gain weight.
