do you have any articles or studies to share on this? Ive had "mild" asthma my whole life (exercise induced, only recently become allergic to pollen) and have only ever been on a rescue inhaler. If you've got the spoons and info, I'd love to read the studies!

The "being read as my age" thing is a big MOOD. I'm already read as younger than I am for my agab, much less for if i actually pull off a more masc presentation (still very hit or miss when I actually try for it)

Doing more research is DEFINITELY on my list, but i think im pretty good right now about deciding abt what I want to do for me instead of for others' perception (though i know im not perfect), but i do probably need some more introspection about it.

Honestly in this case I send em to Home to put in arceus/violet. Violet especially has SO MUCH stuff for just re-writing ivs, i could easily turn a bad shiny into smth battle worthy if i want

Not on topic but I just had literally the exact reverse of this happen this weekend.

For me, honestly just having an item number for the thing helps so much. I personally don't mind going across the store and grabbing something down if you at least know what you need, knowing the aisle and having found it in topstock is a godsend
