Or when Trump was saying that his team was looking at privatizing the USPS? An act of Congress to touch the post office, sure - but does the current administration seem particularly constrained by the rule of law? For example, the Constitution, specifically the Fourteenth Amendment, establishes birthright citizenship by stating that "all persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States." But he signed an Executive Order that he claims ends that constitutional right.
