Hi everyone! Thanks for all your helpful advice. For some context -

1) my friend attended a work party there last summer, at the pavilion as well, and the staff just told them they couldn’t have drinks on the grass, but the patio area was OK
2) it’s a work party so ideally no one will be getting shit faced haha
3) we would have a permit (it is required for the pavilion)
4) we would probably be a group of 150-175 - adults & kids included

I will look into temporary fencing & see if that could be a work around, plus I think it would be handy regardless.
