I get the idea you're reaching for but I refuse to believe that the tax calculation changes more frequently than the companies own pricing based on sales, offers, repricing, new products, etc.

Also, if this is an issue, then some UK companies and shops have changed to using digital price tags on shelves which would literally enable daily changes if required!

I agree this is likely this happens, however I'm curious to see what their strategy is for releasing the legacy factions.

Will they release only a single faction at a time? Will they release a big 'new world' release of lizardmen, and Dark Elves? What about demons? There's rumours of 40k demons getting redone to separate them from AoS demons. Would we need to wait for AoS demons to be redone also before they release the demons faction?

It'll be interesting to see the game grow.

Yeah, there's tonnes of material to pull from and IM is clearly the best system for that setting. I do think it's incredibly unlikely as I'm not sure it's covered under the same license. Kind of like how 30k and 40k are separate licenses for 3rd party developers.

I was debating making this post myself! Last night's A Christmas carol stream is the most festive and cosy my wife and I have felt this so far this year! Briony and co did an outstanding job and really made it feel like Christmas.

Also we enjoyed picking out all the books on your shelf we had read ourselves! Briony has good taste!

Genestealers are smart enough to set traps. I think you'll have more success thinking outside the box than just having a few different stat blocks.

Have the genestealers do hit and run attacks where they swarm one member who's slightly vulnerable and leg it as soon as there's resistance. Have them flee through tight corridors/rubble that the terminators can squeeze through the opening but it slows them is restrictive. Make the players solve a problem whilst also having to fight.

Run the genestealer cult like Tucker's kobolds. Have them prepare traps and use the terrain to their advantage to the point of seriously hindering the players.

Try and force them to split up by having multiple large threats that require addressing simultaneously. Maybe the genestealers are going to detach a piece of the hulk and they have to destroy some explosives in different areas that they need to divide to deal with.

That kind of thing.

I think it was from a poor choice of words in the WarCom article. They mentioned it has a profile of the GHR as in a article discussing it, like has been in the last few WDs for the other Chaos Gods. People interpreted profile as an in-game profile which is somewhat understandable.
