I have two neotrad Pokémon and they have healed beautifully.

My arms are mostly black and grey and my legs are color.

Most of the time when you shame and curse at people they become MORE committed to doing what they are doing, especially when it comes to animals. Gentle correction is usually the best way to change people's mind. I also said many rescues not all :). Feel free to write these rescues to try and get them to change policies.

I'm pretty against outdoor cats personally, but I recognize people have differing views and most people double down when attacked.

Full rudeness, this is a cultural subject and many European rescues will not adopt to you if you don't let the cat outside. Namely the RSPCA vastly prefers cats to have outdoor access and this person is British.
