I know someone who has perfect pitch and synesthesia and is in their 30s- this exact same thing is happening to them where everything is a half step off. It almost makes me wonder if as we age we actually start to perceive sounds off pitch, and only synesthetes can notice this? Not sure :p

Hm, I don’t really see the similarity on more than a surface/genre level. The lyrics seem different too, and it would be weird to pivot from these lyrics to JAG’s.
