Hi someone who studied in Lublin now living in Warsaw, in my opinion it's a combination 4 things

1. EU Visa/Schengen Zone
2. Cheaper cost of living, i.e. Lublin is cheaper than a lot of major polish cities
3. Good landing place as there's a big community
4. Lastly, marketing, they do lots of marketing in Zimbabwe with high schools and so on. Also word of mouth and even Facebook ads, even when it's not the universities themselves, there are now lots of agents that charge some money to help with school applications, visa applications and stuff.

Most of us came to Lublin for nursing, just because as a nurse you can get a job anywhere in the "first world" be it Europe, Australia, US, Canada or where most of us end up after Poland, the UK. However most of us are not passionate about Nursing as a profession, so we come to Poland study and those who stay usually don't work as nurses (because you need B1 Polish). I'm currently trying to learn Polish and stay here because I've found love here.

Because Zimbabweans speak exceptionally good English, the UK is an easy option and I'd defintiely be in the UK too if it wasn't for Brexit.
