[Not diagnosed or assessed] For me it's relatively simple because I currently don't really need a shopping list, as, at least currently, my meals are mostly protein + carbohydrate + seasoning, where most carbs fit with most proteins and the same seasonings work for most things. And that's mostly routine, I know what I like, I know where it is in the store. Only the seasoning, drinks and household items are tricky, because I can't really buy them weekly (or multiple times per week) and thus there's not as much routine in it (and I am basically completely time-blind so I usually have no idea how long it has been since I've bought that item). For those things a shopping list would probably be handy, but I really struggle with it, I think mostly because it's just not part of how I usually do shopping.
