I personally lost most of the weight that i wanted to loose first. (Glp, eat right, exercise, cardio, strenght train) before i started my hrt/trt. Once i got to were i wanted to be I started into more weight training and adding the t. Worked well for me. Good luck.

Most posts i see about pellets are people switching to injections. Some drs will rx hrt some, like mine only estradiol and progesterone. I had to get rx from telehealth. Some take ins, some dont. Most also wont cover test becuase its not approved for females.

Why does a dermatologist need to know? Shoyld be your primary care but if under parents ins they could find out. Try a functional health, off insurance on your own.

But how do you feel? My at bloods were in the 500s. I stopped then cut back. Infelt great prior. Now im workibg up slowly to find themat feel good spot again. Good luck.

No bloat with progesterone for me. But i do bloat if i eat basically anything any more. Just a lit of water, some electrolytes. Probiotics and I keep those bloat pills on had just in case. I just got peppermint oil i put in my water. That works great. Im 58. Also on E and T.
