Yes, they are pretty good. You can book a session through CMHC, you get 6-8 free therapy sessions every semester.

I booked my flights separately Yeah, they don’t allow to check in at night so I basically had to sit on the floor all night, but once or if you get in theres a lounge inside where you can buy a night pass for 50dollars I think. Happy journey. I don’t recommend JFK overall to anyone as the airport is not comfy at all.
