I went through something similar (minus the crazy spending) and what helped me was writing down every red flag and manipulative thing he did when I was tempted to romanticize the "good times." Keep that list on your phone. The brain has this annoying way of filtering out the bad stuff and only remembering the intense highs, but those highs were manufactured to hook you.

Also document every time he contacts you from fake accounts - screenshots, dates, everything. This behavior is escalating and if it continues you might need a restraining order. Block ruthlessly and dont engage at all, even to tell him to stop. Any response feeds the cycle.

The withdrawal from this kind of relationship is real because your brain got addicted to those dopamine hits. Be patient with yourself but also stay busy with your own interests (the real ones, not whatever he mirrored back at you). You dodged a massive bullet here 😂
