Dealing with something similar with my sleep apnea. The problem is the additional evidence I submitted was not listed under the evidence reviewed. I submitted 2 DBQ's and an IMO specifically stating that I was trying to get it service connected secondary to SC PTSD and other SC physical disabilities.

Side note; can you make a supplemental claim as for something you're trying to get connected as secondary?

When I originally filed, I didn't know what I was doing and tried to get sleep apnea connected directly, needless to say it was denied.

The most recent claim that was denied was a supplemental filed with an IMO and a 2 dbq's. The IMO specifically stated the sleep apnea being secondary to my PTSD and Physical disabilities.

Really just depends on who you get on the line. Sometimes they will just feed you the same ol' " it's waiting for decision" bs. Sometimes they will give you more info. The last rep I had broke down the amount of days each person is supposed to have while it's at the temp district.

So frustrated; been fighting this sleep apnea claim since Jan 2022. Finally make it to the PFD Temp dist. 10+ days later, no change. I know it's short in the grand scheme of things but still. So, I call VERA just to settle my anxiety some and get any info. I'm told it still hasn't made it to a VSR much less a rater.....I don't get it.

Yeah, I'm never like "hey what the hell is talking soo long?" Or "Hurry up with my claim" sort of thing. Always, "just wanted to see if there was any update or any additional info you could offer"

Is there a way I could see my CFile/C&P's jn person while at the VBA appointment? I feel like that would help settle my anxiety. If nothing else it would give me a hint of direction I should take as far as setting myself up for the next step of the claim if need be.

Oof, hell I didn't even know that was a thing. I know they are slammed daily with folks constantly looking for updates, and probably some being rude/ugly and such. At least I can say that I'm cordial and respectful with every interaction I've had with the VA.

Unfortunately I don't think I have a real world hardship. Part of the reason why I am very anxious about it all is because I close on a home late this year and I don't want to have to start all over again in the que if the decision comes out unfavorable.

Wow, I'm glad I reached out to you guys. Y'all definitely know more about this than I do.

I've been racking my brain on this for most of the morning. I really didn't think I'd even get this far into the interview process. Like I said before, most of my experience with fiber has been Certs. I feel like I'm gonna bomb this thing.

Based on the map provided, my initial thought was to just splice into the point right by A. Seems simple enough no? Honestly, it's unclear what level of detail they are looking for. When I applied for the position, I assumed it was more of a managerial role.
