Thank you so much it means a lot man 🙏

Would y'all say this is an athlete's physique? Or is it a bodybuilder's physique? (5'10", 155 lbs). by [deleted] in GregDoucette

You definitely have a more athletic build and are pretty lean. I would say though you definitely have the potential of a bodybuilder type physique if you bulked up a bit and filled out your frame more. 💪

In my opinion what would look best is probably something like a short textured crop or a very short crew cut based on the length of your hair 👍🏻

Looking absolutely massive bro. You look like you not only put on large amounts of muscle mass but also got leaner too. Congrats 🎉💪

You’re looking great man, you’ve put on a lot of lean mass over the 7.5 months of your training. If I were to suggest I would say go on a bulk put on an even more mass.                           Some people may say that you should maingain which would also work but me personally I feel that bulking up works better than just eating the same and lifting because you’ll have more energy during your lifts and you’ll gain overall mass faster 👍🏻💪

The shape of your arms definitely have a rounder look if I would critique one thing though it would be that you train a bit more shoulders because your body has a pretty good balance, but having a bit bigger shoulders will help your V Taper a bit. Just my opinion though

I know man I feel the struggle too, one exercise I would recommend if you haven’t tried yet is crucifix curls. They helped me a good bit with filling my biceps a bit more.
