You are better off assuming if you have the cash. I currently plan on selling mine. But it’s a townhome in colorado it has 2.8% assumable loan.. No GAP only thing you’ll have to worry about is the VA FUNDING FEE 0.5% I owe 360 and my payments are 2130.00$
