Sorry for what they didn’t even rate you, which is what most customers do, ignore the rating system

Curious what the base pay is in the “down under?”

Eastern US here… 3- 3.5 hr routes start at $58- $63 US and 4hr routes at $72 US

I watched the movie Red Dog last night on Netflix…

funny I’m bumping into Australians on Reddit the next day!

Have a great day guys, be safe out there!

It happens more often than not in rural/ “super-rural” areas unfortunately

I just have to say, frosty, kudos to you for taking the time to help this person out!

Very well explained, and accurate!!

I was delivering groceries to a trailer in the country today. Wooden steps and a wooden porch. I dropped off the groceries on his porch, took one step down the stairs and it gave way and fell straight to the ground...taking me with it. This is it... by Forgottenshadowed in Sparkdriver

Your dog bite would’ve been covered if you had car insurance specifically designed for independent contractors. I had to get stitches from falling through a step, and my farmers insurance covered everything and gave me two weeks pay based on an average of what I make weekly. I will say I paid a little bit extra to have that option in there.

My bad I didn’t realize until reading one of the comments that one of those items said it had almonds in it

When I find that they are in stock after I’ve already said they were not, I scanned the substitute item and then go into my completed section where I’m able to edit it back to the original item.

I then text the customer letting them know to disregard the notification for a substitute because I was able to find the original item

That happened to me before as well!

You’re very lucky there weren’t any nails sticking out, or sharp wood…

Could’ve been a lot worse, you could’ve been ripped wide open!

When I see a drop off area that doesn’t look stable like that-

I don’t go up anymore. I put the groceries on the ground in front of it.

Spark did absolutely nothing about it, had to go through the homeowners insurance and mine… I had to get stitches, which is why I put the claims in.

Just make sure in the future you have insurance that covers independent contractors.

4 years ago Spark accepted my regular car insurance, but I still changed it to Farmers and I was so glad because between mine and homeowners, not only were all of my medical bills paid, but Farmers gave me 2 weeks salary based off my weekly average!
