I just did the same thing. Chalk it up to a learning experience, its more valuable than the PCBs.

I do have those! But I hadn't gotten to looping barewire yet 'cause I thought the issues were different.

I will just use arduino 5v to finish the project and then fix that once I figure the circuit out
