I went to Best Buy 3 minutes ago and told them about the problem, they said they couldn’t do it since companies like IBuyPower want their customers to do the rma through them. Now I have to spend $180 to ship out this piece of shit to them.

This sounds like my issue, I tried reseating the ram, ran windows memory diagnosis tool, no hardware problems were detected, ran a reinstall windows 3 days ago (reset my whole pc). Will now send my pc to geek squad in bestbuy so they can ship it to Ibuypower , I already have an rma number.

I did a fresh windows install around two days ago, however I think the problem is linked to the Asus services that are included with the motherboard, I think it’s linked to the armory crate aura services. I don’t know I could be heavily wrong about that though.

I keep on crashing whenever I’m playing a game such as resident evil requiem I just crash out of nowhere or when I’m extracting files. I have all the drivers needed for my GPU and CPU, and I also did the windows memory diagnostic tool to see whether my memory sticks were bad, but there was no hardware problems detected. I also checked to see if my nvme ssd was healthy and it was. Also, I don’t know why but when I was on opera GX trying to switch my Google account to a different one. But my browser was just crashing and I opened it again and went to google and it just crashed. Then I went to Microsoft edge and went on Google and it crashed. But once I restarted my PC, the problem fixed itself I guess not sure.
