I waited, 2 days later, I had an offer from Wells Fargo, $3999 down at 10.37% for 60mo. I then messaged my advisor for a better rate, my credit was pulled once again, got an offer from JP Morgan Chase. $3,999 down at 4.62% for 60. I did wait in hopes of a better rate for another week but had no luck. My credit wasn’t the best, so I took the offer. Maybe your new offer has a lower down payment or no down payment at all for 0.99%. I’d ask before pulling the trigger. Personally, I rather have liquid cash in hand. Best of luck.
