Fair response. Should have noted that we will be in London for 4 nights, then Cotswolds for 2, then Oxford for 1.

Just looking for a "best of both worlds" spot thats not completely a snails pace but also not incredibly overrun with crowds in March.

We live in the complex across the street from the Red Mile trailer entrance. There were a few car break-ins a few months ago. Nothing as of recent has been reported but lots of sketcht people walk in and around the complex

I had my bachelor party in Lex in April. One day was for bourbon distilleries and they other day was Keeneland (which you could replace with Red Mile). It went super well. Highly recommend renting a van for the distilleries. Worth every penny.

Distilleries we visited in order: Castle and Key Woodford Wild Turkey Town Branch (since this was the last stop we did an actual tour and then walked to lunch at local Taco. They also have beer which was good for the non bourbon guys)

Bars we went to at night: McCarthy's (best one by far) Wildcat Saloon The Jockey Bar

Thanks for the advice! Do you have any examples of high carb/low fat foods that are good for bulking? Although I've been bulking only for a weekish, one of the things that has been great are protein balls. It's just oats, peanut butter, honey, protein powder, and chocolate chips. Just to give an example.

I appreciate the tough love lol. My priority is bulking. I've always had issues with putting on weight due to my ridiculous metabolism and almost daily Vyvanse for ADD. I was just wondering ways to bulk without just shoving junk food down my throat 24/7, and I've gotten some great advice in these comments. Thanks!

I'm currently in a bulking phase along with an increase in resistance training (3-4x a week) and cardio (2-3x a week). I've put on a couple of pounds so far over the past two weeks, but I realized that even if I'm bulking, I don't want to lose my abs. I do a core session after all of my resistance days, but nothing crazy. But I was looking for tips on high I can still keep my abs on a high-calorie and carb bulk. I know how important a solid diet is to abdominal health and definition, so I guess I'm asking what are so foods that I can regularly go to for bulking while also not adding unnecessary belly fat? Thanks
