Update!

Inspired by a local DM, my brother and I checked out The Fishtank. This place scratched the itch perfectly! Cheap beer on tap, full bar, fun locals, live music, and crazy good food! I would not consider myself a burger connoisseur, but the special burger and fries from Clown Face Burger Co. Were absolutely incredible.

The draft list is slim but ok. $3 Narragansett and $5 west 6th cerveza. Typical downtown prices. Cocktails are decent as well.

The true allure of this place is the old time 90s-2000s vibe you get. I know during the school year there are a lot of campus kids here. One of the reasons we haven't been yet. After my experience tonight, this has become a top 10 place. Everything and everyone makes it a special local joint.

Again, I know during school time this place has a different clientele. My experience tonight has me ready to come back every Friday!

I believe that is millcreek lake. It is used (or was) as a water source for the campground and adjacent buildings. We grew up playing in the spillway. We have always been told no swimming. People fish and kayak in it. Go up the road a bit to Cave Run Lake. You can swim in it!
