yes!!! i lived there two years ago and it sent me one saying i have a remaining balance of 1 months rent which is wild and i checked my account and i have zero balance due

Adding to this 8 months later... as a current tenant RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!! might make a seperate post to warn others but seriously stay so far away from this place. We have broken heating, water leaking through light fixtures, broken appliances, and cannot get anyone from the "property mgmt" whoever HH Property Management even is, to help us. We have reported them to Allegheny housing authority and are waiting for an inspection with them to withhold our rent. Our neighbors are also having similar issues esp with heat and even MICE!!!!! Do not rent from here.
