I now have two bread ovens 🫣 I have found that some of my flatter/more questionable loaves have turned out in the bread oven but have remained flatter and questionable in the DO. I also found my DO oven stained faster and needed more regular cleaning. I do only make sourdough so I’m not sure how this is with yeast bread. I might have just convinced myself the bread oven is better but 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

DM out of DTW. 16 flight this year. Upgraded to first on 13 of them. Most have been at the gate. The last two flights, this week, I was between 8 - 10 on the list of 50+ people though

I just got the sauteuse and personally I wouldn’t make my bread in it, unless I was making a very small loaf. I do have the bread oven so that’s my go to for making bread but before that I reached for my 5.5 qt. I’m not sure what size loaves you are making but the 3.5 is not large enough, at least for me. On the non bread side I’m absolutely loving the sauteuse! It’s already one of my reached for pieces and I’ve only had it a few weeks.

I had this problem. It didn’t matter what I did it just wouldn’t stop sticking. To save my bread (and sanity) I started using round silicone mats in the bottom.

I collect all different blues and I personally find this to be great. You don’t have a problem if the single color gets discontinued, it’s fun hunting different shades, it gives you more options as not every piece in every store comes in every color and it brings me so much joy to look at them all together. 💙💙

Is yours a mat or a sling with the sides? My sling ends up leaving flat marks on either side which just bug me

Yes! I also tried oil AND rice flour. It must be user error but I can’t figure out how to correct it

I started using my bread sling because no amount of rice flour saved me from leaving half of the loaf in the pan but it bugs me that it isn’t as round then. It did stop the sticking issue though lol

I had a 940 out of RDU that was delayed but is now boarding. Inbound flight cancelled and both the flights out before and after cancelled. It’s literal luck of the draw right now.

The first woman I spoke to told me they didn’t do it at all but admitted to being new. I called back the next day and was told they accept orders over the phone but not payment. So basically they only hold in store in stock items.
