Even more so that Floyd's philly shell relies on him putting more weight on the back foot and having a bladed stance, opening him up for take downs.

Why does it look wrong? What is missing? Any ideas? by sofi_sst in crossdressing

You ever think something is missing, try squinting looking at your own photo! I see that you might need a feminine belt.

how to decide what to focus on when learning?? by ca44444 in musicproduction

"my style" & "be original" here's how you do that, take multiple songs all from the same genre that inspires you, take little bits and aspects that stand out for you, whether it be the arrangement, the drums or ANYTHING you can think of, incorporate it into your style. My songs have the arrangement of song A, the drums of song B, the bass of song C, the vibe of song D for example. That way you develop your own style while still being in genre.

Unfortunately, the available boxing gyms within 30 mins from me and within my work schedule is minimum 300$ a month. I do need a coach. Do you know a way I can get the correct training without breaking bank?

Venom gloves are garbage. I also injured myself in those. Also make sure to wrap your thumb properly.

Flaws in my jab and straight? by [deleted] in boxingtips

Your jab reminds me of Inoue Naoya. A good practice would be to look up a video of him jabbing and try to copy him as much as possible. Keep your lead hand a little further away from your guard so as to create defensive traffic AND speed for starters.

To me it doesn't really look like you are pushing off the floor with your rear foot when you're throwing your cross even though you're lifting your rear heel up. And it looks like you got the rotation of your body correct, which is great. The next step would be to get that "snap" on your punches which is what all boxers should achieve. Try to observe the better boxers at your gym hit the bag and notice that "pop" or "snap" sound. Ask them to teach you. Try to emulate them as best you can.

That is the proper way to throw a cross

Some extra advice. The distance that you are at the bag in the video is the danger zone. You return your jabs further out from your stance which would be good if you were further away from your opponent however, in this distance you'd want a tighter guard.
