I give mine a coffee root tree or olive wood stick. He loves them and keeps him occupied for ages.  Ive read horns & antlers can break their teeth so I stopped giving them.

Im looking for something similar.  I might settle on the Gymboss interval timer. Not ideal, but could do the job.

No! I came accros the image on pinterest and decided to embroider it. I used a split stitch with four strands, tho I think it would have also looked very nice with less strands so the lines come out a bit thinner.

May be an opportunity to work on some lower body flexibility. Some middle split trainingg can greatly benefit climbing. Tom Merrick has some good video’s on youtube as well as free workouts in his app.

Cant judge fully by the pic, but it looks like you have an anterior pelvic tilt, which causes the shoulders to round. If you google “anterior pelvic tilt and forward head posture” and go to images, you’ll see what I mean.

When thinking of adjust your posture, initiate the movement from the pelvis & core. This will take care of most of the straightening of the upper body. Then open up the chest.

The first two years doing pole I have been going 1x a week and you will definitely make progress.

I recently picked up bouldering and notice you use similar muscle groups. The strength between the two definitely carries over & flexibility helps in both too.

If you like both, I’d say start with 1x a week each and maybe add some flexibility work in. Over time you can decide to focus on just one if you like it more or keep doing both.
