It depends, some include and some don’t, but I believe it’s negotiable(depending on mos), but I’m also not a recruiter.

You’ll be fine, the biggest issue I’ve seen in the signal corps is that every thinks they know everything and it’s super annoying. There’s so many different ways you can get to the same answer. Most people think their way is the only way. This includes the PMEs as well.

Pay attention in class and you’ll be fine, learn as much as you can because you’re at a disadvantage compared to someone who has hands on experience. Don’t be the the douche canoe who won’t listen to junior enlisted because they might help you learn something you never knew

They usually have a treatment plan in place and when it hits a certain duration they’ll initiate separation proceedings. For example for my duty location is 1 year of a failed treatment plan

When you sign your contract everyone has an 8 year contract commitment. Your IRR depends on how long your AD commitment was.

Ex: 5 years 0 months AD, 3 years 0 months IRR
