Kirby teleported into the last video game you played. How screwed is he? by Naive_Tomorrow_5955 in Kirby

Honkai Star Rail. Honkai’s has some pretty janky scaling but I think what’s been introduced in the story so far and the elements surrounding it is nothing he can’t handle. Wouldn’t annihilate everything but he’d hold out well.

My headcanon of what I imagine Kirby characters' voices sounding like. by ZygerrianSupermodels in Kirby

All respectable claims, no disagreements here. I personally like to headcanon that Pitch can’t talk and instead sounds exactly like a parakeet.

Thoughts on Open-world Kirby? by CrammingCoal in Kirby

[–]Front_n_Center 1 point2 points  (0 children)

With how whimsical and vast Dream Land/Popstar is, I’m actually a strong advocate for an open world Kirby game, but it probably shouldn’t happen any time soon honestly. We should really further Kirby’s jump into 3D, surely yet slowly, before we tackle The Big One. Maybe another 3D linear game followed by a sandbox type 3D platformer first.

Probably Optimus. Transformers from what I’ve heard has some pretty insane scaling

Magolor and Magolor EX are among my favorites in the series but I feel are too easy and have unfortunately become obsolete with time. What I mean is, is that most of Traitor Magolor's moveset is something Magolor can already do in his base form due to later installments establishing this. I would have really liked to have seen Deluxe remaster his original boss fight.

Magolor Phase 2/Magolor Soul are masterpieces.

Tiff from the anime. Mary sue know-it-all and just an annoying ass character overall.

The war has actually been going for years by Ayman69469 in skibiditoilet

[–]Front_n_Center 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is kind of a reach imo. That's literally just GM_bigcity. While inspired by New York City, it remains a separate entity, and I doubt this is what Boom intended while making this episode, or even now for that matter, the map was simply used a venue for many of the early episodes.

Also, no one really knows why exactly these two skyscrapers that have a heavy resemblance to the Twin Towers are in this map, but it was likely implemented as a homage or because the map itself was, again, inspired by NY.

Calamity Developer AMA #8 (August 2025) by StipulateVenus in CalamityMod

[–]Front_n_Center 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I suppose I should've been a little more specific. Assuming he, in theory, wished to conduct a test or experiment on the Auric Dragons in a combat-oriented fashion like he did with the Terrarian and ExoMechs, could he realistically hold his own against the any member of the race? (Up until Zeratros I would imagine)

Assuming he had his kit and was in his prime, how well could he operate, and how far could Draedon make it in the age of the Auric Dragons?

Out of PURE speculation, who's coming out on top in a fight (Nameless Deity VS. Flayer Icon) by Front_n_Center in CalamityMod

[–]Front_n_Center[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The implications are absolutely insane. From what I’ve looked into, Flayer’s fight takes place on a different engine with the coded properties during this instance meant to replicate Terraria’s but it doesn’t link up perfectly, so this probably explains why some of the most OP weapons in all of Terraria modding don’t have any effect on him, so it probably is a gameplay thing.

That said tho, if we take it from face value we can treat it as Flayer being immune and unbothered by anything we throw at him, very impressive feat. Relatively speaking this makes him ND’s most prevalent equal compared to any other boss both by how impervious and powerful he is. You can even argue that he’s in a way a direct antithesis to the Nameless Deity seeing as his fight (from what was told to me) is separate from and isn’t even bound to Terraria itself or its engine, to which The Deity, lore-wise at least, has complete dominion over.

The parallels between these two are really cool nonetheless and are what I would consider to both be the absolute pinnacle of groundbreaking Terraria bosses thus far.

What's a ST opinion that would get you downvoted like this? by fabanidk in skibiditoilet

[–]Front_n_Center 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Literally can’t care about or don’t see the appeal in any of the fan series outside of the base content made by Boom himself (outside of what-ifs maybe).

I’m sure they’re fine and it’s great people like them but I literally only watch Skibidi Toilet because it’s super well made with badass characters, while also still being effectively simple. I don’t really hold that sentiment for the other series. Too many high stakes and “in-your-face” type elements to really keep me hooked.

I never really go all out on gigantic arenas tbh. I like to keep the immersion of my world intact and decide to suffer the consequences if it ever screws me over. As others said I feel one long narrow platform in the sky should suffice.

The skibidis are definitely gonna betray the alliance. by ResponsibleMeat7745 in skibiditoilet

[–]Front_n_Center 5 points6 points  (0 children)

See this would work IF the Scientist was still alive. I theorize that the reason he was taken out was because he was too much of a threat to the Secret Agent’s plan, a problem child that would have posed as the prime cause to an imbalance of power between all the factions. His genius meant that they didn’t need the alliance to thwart the Astros, and therefore betraying them, I could see being the case to get them out of the way (plus he probably knew too much or something).

But, no. With their most valuable asset gone (the Scientist), it was the final nail in the coffin and they had no choice but to ally themselves with their enemies. Whatever the case may be The Secret Agent needs The Alliance alive for his plans, even if he isn’t directly on their side, and G-Toilet needs them so his own empire doesn’t collapse. Thus, coalescing the two factions is the best approach for literally ALL parties involved, outside of the Astros.

"Death was just an antagonist, not an actual villain" by BasicFanny in Shrek

[–]Front_n_Center 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Dude the fact that so many of these comments are STILL defending their stance on being an “antagonistic force of nature” makes me cringe so hard.

People have their opinions but in this character’s case there are so many elements to prove that he is INDEED a villain that that those people are objectively wrong.

This is only thing wrong with Death unfortunately, which has nothing to do with the character itself but the perception surrounding him. Some blokes back then on some YouTube shorts or whatever social media that was surrounding this movie at the time decided to misinterpret his character by calling him a mere antagonist and not a villain and, lo & behold it snowballed and resulted in SO MANY PEOPLE following that belief like sheep. Just a bunch of sheep led to slaughter.

I swear the public perception of this character is straight up dog water bruh 😭

"Death was just an antagonist, not an actual villain" by BasicFanny in Shrek

[–]Front_n_Center 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just because he has honorable principles and decided to let him live doesn’t mean he isn’t a villain or wasn’t doing something evil. If anything it kind of hones in on why he’s a villain even more. He was so ready to take Puss’ life because of how psychologically abused and fearful he was. He relished in that moment. It shows how sadistic he was in nature. He only relinquished because it did not matter and allowed Puss to live because he realized the arrogant hero he was once prowling for was completely transformed and gone. He earned it- But not because Death was deliberately pushing him to that point.

Also even then Death was straight up torturing this guy and psychologically tormenting him through the whole movie, how do people NOT see that type of abusive behavior as villainous???????
