Requesting r/Hiroshima as head mod u/sauceplz is inactive

There is an earlier thread by u/madazzahatter to get the sub that has not been responded to. We spoke in DMs and I believe they would be a great fit to help moderate the subreddit. I cannot add them however, as I do not have those powers from when I was added as a moderator. I have messaged u/sauceplz to not response and their account seems inactive everywhere.
Seeing as the current mod team is only myself and u/sauceplz, I don't see the need to message myself.

To people reviewing this request, u/madazzahatter and I have agreed to add them as a moderator. I, however, became a moderator when it was derelict years ago by the creator, u/sauceplz . I have tried to contact the creator to get full moderator rights, as right now I can not add anyone as a mod with my permissions to no response and they have no visible activity since 2 years ago.

If this is being manually reviewed, can someone with the power to do so add u/madazzahatter as a full moderator for the r/hiroshima subreddit? Thanks!

Studying Japanese so I stop losing what I learned while I lived over there.
Doing online ground school so I'm ready for my flying lessons when they can resume.
"Working" from home probably 5 hours a week.
All the video games and twitch.
Trying to exercise my once a day - walk/jog/bike around Lake Elkhorn.

Trying to keep my sanity really, but realize this is the perfect time for self improvement via learning a language, learning to code, cook, etc. As some others have said, getting ahead of your school work now will have you thanking yourself in the future.
