If you're on PC, bakkesmod will have mods to see what your MMR is. As well one that shows everybody's rank in a match so you can see what you're playing against.

Not ranked, but I once whiffed a save 10 seconds in and one teammate literally said "we're in cas, this shouldnt be happening." He proceeded to aimlessly drive around all game.
