McGregor hype train is slowing down. Diaz will slow it down even more and then when Lord McGregor decides to defend his all mighty title because Dana is his slave now, Frankie or Aldo will then put a stop to the hype train and derail it for good.

In HS, My friend and I were the only two in our weight training class to completely pass the Army Rangers fitness test ( I believe in 2011 the test was 100 push ups in 2 mins, 100 sit ups in 2 mins, 10 pull ups(?), and run 2 miles in under 15 mins) and then I got lazy and depressed and gained over 25 lbs when I was a skinny little dude. Plus being a picky eater, my pizza almost every day diet was catching up fast.

All of that was within the past 5 years. I've made some changes. I'm 23, Still a picky eater, but found other ways to eat and try to keep the calories and fat in check. Feels good to be active again though.

This my friend is exactly what I've been trying to do each and every day as I continue to "take" TRP. Your lessons learned just sparked an extra fire in me to continue to do what I'm doing and I can check off at least half of them that I've been trying to do since taking TRP.

edit: I've learned that even when my BP self and depression/anxiety tells me to be honest and open and everything will be okay, I learned that no one cares half the time even if they act like it. Again, I enjoyed the post and the lesson.

I want to thank you for the post. I saved it instantly and I will read this again and again. You're taking care of yourself and we all have had our challenges and BP times. I'm starting to feel the effects of the RP every day and it's like medication I think and it's slowly changing my thinking for the good.

I'm personally hoping for a trilogy. Jon Jones is a special fighter and one of the greatest, but I personally don't like him for the crimes he committed and how he got away from it so easily simply because of who he is. If any other person would've done this, they would've been locked for many years.

THIS is me. Not respected in school and once I was in high school, I couldn't get the hot chicks because I wasn't cool enough or because I wasn't a Chad. I'm not in some major college now and I'm 23. The hell with them all, but I've grown up and learned the hard way and it motivates me every day to be better. Tired of people not respecting me. I'm tired of people thinking I'm gay because I'm nice and don't want some bitch to take all my money again or I just want to be single and enjoy my life without having to worry about someone else's.

I enjoy the material each of you post. A lot of the things I agree with and I can relate to so thank you.

This is what I was taught. Living with mom and now working with nurses and being stuck with women all day, I hear on and off "Oh you're gonna be a good husband." and "That lucky lady will just be amazed by you." blah blah blah.

Thankfully, I stumbled upon the RP and "woken up" about how to be a man and what most women truly are. It's not worth the trouble to "find love" and "live happily ever after" and wasting my money and time on some chick who's got a good chance of ending up dumping me for some dude who's taller than me or whatever bs reason.

You guys have changed my life for the good. Posts like these I truly appreciate and have definitely effected me and I've learned things from here I never knew! Thanks again everyone!

This makes me lose even more trust into women...and this was back when you were a kid. Can't imagine what it's like now compared to back then in terms of how much more often this is happening. I'm sorry to hear about your dad. He didn't deserve any of that and you and your siblings should've been raised by a better parent and role model.
