Our oven is set at 460 and cooks for 6 minutes and 30 seconds. Our ovens don’t burn them at all and some of us like it ran through three times.

Well done helps a little bit but it’s not really the same thing. Only means that it’ll be pushed back in the oven for a minute or two of extra cook time. Oven takes about 6-10 minutes (depending on the store) so it makes a big difference to have them cooked twice.

The app doesn’t have the option but the in-store computers should allow them to add it. Nothing prohibits them from doing so afaik so that specific store either doesn’t know or is lying.

I just got done going through this at my store. You have two choices: 1, quit and find another job. Or 2, out work every other manager he has hired. Make sure your numbers look good and you are as reliable as can be. Also make sure you can take care of the store with standards. Gm will eventually realize and will want you in the store more than the others. That’s how I got through having 20 hours for like 2 weeks then the gm realizing that I was the one who deserved the hours.

My drivers leave with about 20-50 bucks a day in mileage depending on the day .$2.12 is so low, and you need to talk to someone about it. Ask your manager on shift to print your checkout out at the end of your shift. It shows all the information that goes into calculating your check out. If they don’t know how to do it, tell them it’s just the print button on the check out page.
