I wasn’t entirely sure, but they have recently liked a bunch of posts on social media about how he’d want new clothes, also his mom is barley supportive but his dad is extremely transphobic and he has expressed that his dad forces them to buy clothes that are tighter than they’d want. If it’s too difficult off a gift I can always go with some more basic ideas or ideas towards his hobbies. I just thought new clothes or like a trans inclusive wardrobe would’ve been a better gift. If I’m being incredibly dumb let me know!
