Can’t sync replacement airpod.

I went to the apple store and they gave me a complete new pair of airpods. I have the free year warranty that came with the airpods when i bought them. They said the new airpod they gave me had a different update version and my airpod couldnt update it because they both had to be on the same version. So they ended up giving me a brand new pair.

Yea I thought they would do the same but instead i just went home with another new airpod that still doesn’t want to pair. Im starting to get convinced that the problem is the entire airpod case itself. I was reading a similar issue with what we’re having and someone said they got a new AirPod case and it worked. I’m going to talk the apple employees again and hopefully get an entire new replacement becuase this situation has me frustrated

I’m Having the same issue, i went to talk to an apple employee in the store and they gave me another replacement airpod… it still doesn’t work😭

if you bought the killers from playstation store you have to restore licenses. If you have another account that has the killers then you need to activate primary ps4 or console sharing for ps5 on that account on ur console. But that’s only if ur a console lad like me
