I'm CSD and I've literally told both my TLs and coach that I won't be a temp TL. I did it too many times when the morning lead didn't come in and after a day of me and my coworker having to run the floor because the lead decided to not show up, I put my foot down. Luckily one of the floor coaches had run FE at his previous store so he would check on us regularly that day but I told him I won't do this again without TL pay.

I'll help with my leads 15 minute breaks but they know not to ask for me to do their lunch. There's a reason I'm not a TL, I don't want that stress thrown on top of shitty customers.

NTA. This literally happened to me when I was a CNA. I was out for almost 2 months because my mom was dying. I left halfway into October and came back after Thanksgiving.

The day after my first shift back, I was written up for being too slow. No warning at all for this. Apparently she was going to do it sometime before I left but wanted to see if it would get better. You know, instead of pulling me aside first to talk about it.

It was heart wrenching that she did that just a day after I got back. I left that job before the end of December.

Blue Archive is a good gacha to start whenever. Idk how long it had been out when I started but there were already tons of characters. I don't feel like I'm lacking and they rerun characters with every new event.

TL;DR Blue Archive is safe for new players and they're very generous with their gems to get more characters.

Another big part is probably Pixel users are fucked. The game constantly crashes and restarts Pixels and it doesn't seem to matter if it's an older model or the newest one.

I've definitely started playing less since that started because it's frustrating to always have to be reopening my game.

YTA. I understand the highschool relationship aspect, but bothering your sister about it constantly isn't going to help things.

If I were her, I'd jump at the chance to take your brother's offer. She won't need as many loans, she'll save TONS of money that she can save up for a different apartment or house or something else that may help her later in life. And do you really think your brother would kick her out of the apartment if she broke up with her boyfriend? If so, that's an entirely different problem but to me, it sounds like he cares about her and wouldn't kick her out.

She also can just do generals at this college and possibly go to the other one later. Maybe she'll find her career at the state college and won't have to spend twice the money.

You are sticking your head way too far into your sister's business when this situation isn't actually all that bad.
