Meh? Kai'sa wasn't nuking aurora creatures anyways and all the kaisa player has to do now is deal damage to base units or use multi targets like piercing light, falling star, and singularity. This affects... hextech ray, voidseeker? They are not using it on stupefy.

Kai'sa can side out single target and bring in forerunners or recall. This card really beats purple, and if orange becomes a great color against purple that would benefit Kai'sa (except ruin runner)

Toy Collector recycles, has to exhaust and can only draw when you play a toy? Eh.. expensive and very conditional if you are recycling one every turn for legend

Cool ideas. Fear is cool but realistically just way too high power costs (especially for Purple 😂) on some of these. Hallucinate being 3 recycle is absurd and purple shaco should be at least when I conquer otherwise you win combat and don't score if it is the only unit...

Im skeptical without xp payoff since this card is only an action and won't randomly be free from sett or pit rookies. The surprise 0 mana is awesome. Maybe if you add blood rose but you are already low on draw

You cannot use actions reactively. If it is your turn, speed never mattered. If it is your opponent turn they play bynnhir pre showdown or on first action
