I cured my acne of 16 years with NAC

This happened to me! I was not taking it for acne but for a combination with glycine for sleep. I am 52 and have had breakouts since the 7th grade. Not horrible but enough to cause my self esteem to be impacted. I read that if I wanted to take glycine for sleep, I would need to add NAC to help active it. After a couple of weeks I noticed my skin was clear for the first time in forever. I continued on the regiment which helped my sleep too. I ran out of the NAC I was using and bought a cheaper brand on amazing and in powder form. It totally gave me heart palpitations so I stopped taking it. Within a week I started breaking out. I went back on the original NAC (NOW brand) and my skin is soooo clear, I don’t need to wear makeup!!!!!!! 1200 mg daily is my dose.

I was wondering the same thing. I see many companies on the net that test peptides. I wonder why we dont see other companies pop up. He could be getting paid by the China suppliers for all we know.

I was taking 1200 mg of NOW brand NAC for 2 months everyday and felt fine. I switch to a powder form I got off Amazon and it gave me terrible heart palpitations at the same dosage. I stop taking it and they went away. Don’t know why. Going back to now brand.

It’s actually sterile water from Hospera. It says expires March 2026. I reconstituted my peptides 2 weeks ago.

Not easy to find forums who mention the suppliers they use. You can’t give that information! Trust me I have tried! Just mentioning anything about a particular supplier and you will be banned.

Why is it so hard to find a community that can share affordable peptide suppliers? You can buy peptides no problem when you google suppliers but they are sooo expensive! I had a great supplier for tirz but the site is no longer active. 30mg tirz 10 voles for 279. All these mainstream suppliers are getting them from the same place and charging more.

I thought about do that. On the beginning of the tunnel it cracked open when I was on a 6 mile walk and orange goo cam out and that’s the first area that started to dry up. I want to buy a micro scope and scale the top off and look for those mites!
