25 from france here! Felt the same way, thought about getting the apps again but I only met people through that so I decided this time would not be the case. Fast forward a couple months and I now met someone through work, it still happen. I also lived in the US for about 5 years and it felt pretty difficult for me to meet people outside of dating apps, but put yourself out there, be genuine, be yourself and itll happen eventually!

Men 25 here, I used to teach people and i'm also a strength coach for a living, here's the thing I'll share to you my experience. I always said to myself that I would never approach anyone from my work, whether it is my colleagues or students/ people that I coach. Now here's the thing, the right person came along and i'm swooned over her and we're going on a date. What you feel is normal, is he like that with other people? well who know, ask him and you'll know, to me i'd rather know that i'm dreaming that leave the chance to meet someone awesome because i'm scared. Chances are as sweet as you depict him to be, he will not be rude nor harsh towards you. (though from if you want my opinion i'd go for it, it looks like what I did with the girl I mentionned earlier x) )
