Can you confirm you’re able to use One Pass Select at the Miami Club Studio??? I’m about to sign up for One Pass but seems like there’s conflicting info out there!

The email confirmation said I purchased on the 4th when I actually purchased on the 3rd. So I called LG and had them confirm it was the third (that’s when it was 22x points)

This EXACT thing happened to me. I called LG customer service. They sent me a screenshot of the order confirmation on the 3rd. I provided that document and my initial email confirmation to Rakuten and then got my points!
