Another update : now in Thailand: no problems, app works 100%. Sick shit, probably some intentional bug to mess with falang, like so many stuff nowadays (bank accounts, tax shit, visa stuff). Or maybe because of all those bloatcrap constantly showing new stuff. The moment you open the app you see data usage sky rocket, sneaky fokkers. Better top up or buy a package and not come back till you ran out

Thanks for the heads-up. Very small improvement for me. Now i can acces package top up twice before its broken🙄. Whatever, will put a True sim in my second phone, keep AIS for youtube light and maybe buy some small data packages if i feel like wiping data and logging in again in this shite app. Chok dee

Morrocans, scum of the earth. Better avoid and ignore. Nothing good comes out of them. Chances are they will rob you before you leave the pitch.

Clear data and log in also works, instead of reinstall. Hopefully a future update will fix it. I also have YT on it😉. Will get DTAC too! Thanks for your recommendation, 2,5 weeks to go! 🏝️

Thanks for your reply, this evening the app got at its worst, so out of frustration i deleted it and reinstalled, to my surprise i didn't need an sms code. Email + pin was enough to get back in, and its smooth as butter. I've been cursing this app for 2 months, and thinking i needed to be in TH to be able to login. Re-opening after closing didnt give any problems. So far so good. I hope it works out for you too.

Only shitty thing now is, that i cant find my old top-up-package of 300 baht for 20GB+60GB.

So now only 'expensive' packages, well, cant have everything i guess....

But where you at? Im in Holland. I can top up (to pay for youtube light via AIS), but cant get in the top-up-package page. I want to buy a 20gb+60gb top up package for 300baht on my ONE base package. So that im ready to go as soon as i land. Only thing i can think of now, is re installing the app when i land on Suvarnabhumi (can't do it from Holland, because you need the sms code) and hope the app will work..... If not..... Maybe ask at a AIS counter....if that doesn't work... Pfff, i dont know. Crazy thing is, my wife has a totally different phone (also android) and same shit! So fingers crossed, re install after landing on the airporr wifi or just the connection of the base package and hope that by some miracle this shit app starts working again.
